How to clear all of the text files from the list.
There are three ways to do this:
1) Press the Clear List button to the right of the text files list. The Clear List button is the one with the image of a list with a red X in it.
OR
2) Right-click in the Text Files List area and select the "Clear Text Files List" menu option.
OR
3) Press the New Job button from the toolbar. (Note: This will clear not only the Text Files list but also the PDF Documents list as well.)
How to view one of the text files in the list.
There are three ways to do this:
1) Double-click on the text file that you want to view.
OR
2) Select the text file that you want to view then press the small button to the right of the list that shows a document with a magnifying glass on it.
OR
3) Select the text file that you want to view then right-click in the Text Files List area and choose the "View Selected Text File" menu option.
