The PDF Documents list contains all of the PDF documents that are to be converted into text. PDFs are added to the list by using the Add PDF and Add Folder functions.
How to clear all of the documents from the list.
Press the New Job button from the toolbar.
(Note: This will clear not only the PDF Documents list but also the Text Files list as well.)
How to add one document to the list.
Press the Add PDF button from the toolbar. You can also use use the small button to the right of the list that shows a PDF icon with a green plus sign on it.
How to remove one document from the list.
Select the document that you want to remove then press the small button to the right of the list that shows a PDF icon with a red X on it.
OR
Select the document that you want to remove then right-click in the PDF Documents List and choose the "Remove Selected PDF" option from the menu.
How to add all of the documents contained in one folder.
Press the Add Folder button from the toolbar.
How to view one of the PDF documents in the list.
There are several ways to do this:
1) Double-click on the document that you want to view.
OR
2) Select the document that you want to view then press the small button to the right of the list that shows a document with a magnifying glass on it.
OR
3) Select the document that you want to view then right-click in the PDF Documents List and choose the "View Selected PDF" option from the menu.
